You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purposes. CLOUDS acts as a technology intermediary and does not directly sell goods or provide transportation services. The quality and safety of products and deliveries remain the responsibility of the respective spaza shop or driver.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the CLOUDS platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, in accordance with the Arbitration Act. Both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
